I have received a damaged product. so I shared my issue on 25th July via email,  also as per Sualeha's suggestion I raised the same issue on WhatsApp no which she provided me.
I'm sharing my experience last week I talked with a Cellbell customer executive he told me my order is ready to be dispatched and you received it on Monday or Tuesday so today again I called the same no multiple times after that he shared me below order details I don't know what is the issue from your side but I didn't expect this kind of customer service from your side.
