It has been 8 days since the chair was delivered, and despite contacting your customer service department for assistance, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. This lack of action has left me extremely disappointed.
I urge you to address these issues promptly by arranging for a replacement chair to be sent, ensuring that it is properly packed and free from defect.
